Developing a Network HR Strategy

The CYPF Network will be producing a HR strategy to be agreed by all stakeholders, so that there is a consistent approach in handling the HR needs of staff across the geographical area. With respect to doctors, this will address cross site working arrangements for career grade doctors and doctors in training.
