What is this resource?
This policy provides a framework for providing compensatory rest when junior doctors do not receive the required rest under the provision of the European Working Time Directive.

What are the benefits to using our resource?
It means that should doctors (shift working or non-resident on–call) end up working into their rest break there is provision for compensatory rest.
