Royal Surrey Handbook

Royal Surrey is a 570 bedded single site district general hospital. Several of their specialties attract national referrals. They implemented HaN and went on to focus on how the hospital is organised in the day.

They produced this handbook which gives helpful examples that can be adapted for other trusts around:

• Bleep policy
• ENT and Maxillofacial guidelines.
