Hospital at Night Assessment 2008Skills for Health - Workforce Projects Team's national Hospital at Night team have launched the 2008 annual assessment of Hospital at Night implementation through a new easy to use online data collection. We would really appreciate your assistance in completing this survey as this will provide useful information for our benefits realisation work and for shaping the national Hospital at Night agenda. It also provides you with useful feedback on your Hospital at Night implementation locally. The purpose of the Hospital at Night 2008 Assessment is to:
As this 2008 assessment is occurring close to two other assessments: the New Deal Ministerial Return and at the same time of the 2007 PMETB survey, it offers an opportunity for us to map the results in relation to EWTD compliance and identify any correlations with the views of doctors in training. All acute, mental Health and foundation NHS trusts/ hospitals are currently being written to advising them of the timescales and requesting who their named contact is for sending the access details and completing the on-line survey. Following the holiday break, trusts will be issued a secure login and password to complete the on-line self assessment. Once the survey is complete a UK-wide report will be written outlining the progress, learning and issues to date. Timescales Trusts have been advised of their log-in detials. Where trusts/ hospitals do not have a log-in – please contact the Hospital at Night team at hospitalatnight@skillsforhealth.org.uk for further information on how to access the survey. The deadline has been extended and trusts now have until the 8th February 2008 to complete the survey. |
