Workforce planning is again being taken to the next level by Skills for Health - Workforce Projects Team with the highly anticipated Train the Trainer programme.

Train the Trainer has been developed to give workforce planners or trainers in healthcare organisations the tools to deliver workforce planning training personally.

The pack includes presentation slides, suggested formats, guidance, plus advice on delivery, and much more.
