Realising the benefits of WTD 2009It could seem a little premature to be talking now about realising the benefits of WTD 2009; however, a report from Workforce Programmes aims to do just this. It examines the benefits of using a research based diagnostic assessment tool to support organisations in achieving WTD 2009 compliance. This tool was piloted in 11 trusts across England during 2006 with impressive results. Some of the early benefits of using the diagnostic assessment approach were documented in the Diagnostic Tools and Enabling Strategies Report launched at the April WTD Conference. The Benefits Realisation report is now available and builds on these findings based on further research from the 11 pilot sites.
