Ensuring that rotas for doctors in
training are WTD 2009 compliant
can prove difficult for any trust.
To aid this process, Skills for
Health - Workforce Projects Team
has commissioned a number of
workshops across England focusing
on tools, techniques and resources
available to assist trusts in addressing
issues of non compliant working
patterns.
The one day workshops will take
place in January and February 2009.

12th February - Bristol.
Delivered by workforce leads from
the East of England SHA and The
NHS Workforce Review Team, the
workshops will focus on:

Developing an options appraisal
approach to building solutions for
the trust.
The workshops aim to equip those
working within trusts who have
responsibility for supporting the
process of developing WTD 2009
compliant rotas. There are 35 places
