Workforce Projects Team (WPT) is leading the way in producing a range of resources to fully support integrated workforce planning in long term conditions.
These resources, together with a brand new DVD highlighting the work, were showcased at the highly successful Managing Long Term Conditions conference held in Harrogate this spring. WPT led the work stream 'creating a workforce to support long term conditions' delivering several presentations throughout the day and exhibiting resources in the main conference hall.
