The US and Europe are facing common issues in a changing workforce based on three powerful forces: increasing longevity, declining fertility, and the disproportionate size of the 'Baby Boom' generation.
This project investigated the effects of these population changes and recommended practical strategies to help organisations cope with the expected diversification of the workforce.
