What is this resource?
This report contains the results of an innovative piece of research into the effects of a changing population.

The US and Europe are facing common issues in a changing workforce based on three powerful forces: increasing longevity, declining fertility, and the disproportionate size of the 'Baby Boom' generation.

This project investigated the effects of these population changes and recommended practical strategies to help organisations cope with the expected diversification of the workforce.

The report contains the results of the research and a seven step guide to engaging the complete cross section of an organisation's workforce.
