Sharing your developmentsMaternity services have always developed new ways to support parents and this section is your opportunity to highlight your practice and innovation. As we have met staff up and down the country delivering the workforce planning workshops we have been impressed by the innovation and developments taking place. Many staff did not consider what they did was very special; to many it was simply meeting the needs of the mothers or a logical development of good practice. So please do take some time to share your practice and ideas – even if you think it is routine it will help others solve a problem or allow them to develop their services. Please complete the Word template below, submitting 500-700 words, and send it back to us at communications@skillsforhealth.org.uk, with the title "Maternity case studies". We'll then build up a library of innovation that everyone can share, on this portal. |
