Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Workforce Planning

Following a busy recruitment process preparations are well underway for the start of the fifth cohort of the Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Workforce Planning.

The one of a kind course, delivered in partnership between Skills for Health - Workforce Projects Team and the Centre for the Study of Policy and Practice in Health and Social Care at Thames Valley University, gives health and social care staff involved in workforce planning the specialised knowledge, skills and expertise to develop their constantly changing roles.

The course gives workforce planners the opportunity to obtain a recognised and credible qualification to support their constantly changing roles and working environments.
