Carol Brooks is a skilled and experienced facilitator/organisation development practitioner, having delivered a range of organisation development interventions, ranging from workshops, action learning sets and skills training, to complete "packages" of bespoke interventions involving an array of partners and stakeholders.

She has had many years of management experience in the public sector and has managed a variety of staff and professional groups.

Bryan Kessie is a PRINCE accredited project manager with more than 20 years experience in the NHS. Bryan’s previous roles have included a wide range of operational management posts in Acute Trusts, the Northwestern Deanery and Greater Manchester WDC. Bryan is currently leading on a range of projects including long term workforce planning, maximising staff engagement and 2 resource packs.
