International HaN and 24:7

Skills for Health continues to share best practice on the implementation of Hospital at Night (HaN) and extended 24:7 services via the resources on this portal. We worked in partnership with clinical leaders from around the world to produce a series of case studies highlighting how they introduced changes to improve patient outcomes and productivity. Contributions included one from a New Zealand service which extended Hospital at Night and illustrates why their health authority sponsored a roll out across their state, along with Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.
