a limited number of resources including our e-learning programmes and webcasts.

Is Adobe Flash Player free?
Yes Adobe Flash Player is free; however, you many need permission from your
network administrator to install and enable it.
How do I know if it is installed and enabled?

How do I install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player?
Adobe Flash Player can be installed by visiting the following link and clicking
on the Download now button. Then simply follow the installation instructions
on screen. You should make sure you seek the permission of your IT department first.

How do I update my version of Adobe Flash Player?
You can ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player by visiting

How do I uninstall Adobe Flash Player?

I have Adobe Flash Player installed, but it still does not work.
It is possible that you have Adobe Flash Player installed on your machine but
your security settings or firewall is preventing Flash from running. We advise
you consult your network administrator if this is the case.
If you want to edit your browser security settings, Internet Explorer users
can do so by clicking ‘Tools’, ‘Internet Options’ and
then selecting the ‘Security’ tab.
I cannot install Adobe Flash Player. Please help!
