The benefits realisation grid here illustrates the potential added value of implementation of the Calderdale Framework (CF).
Introduction of CF in the Clinical Therapies and Rehabilitation Directorate of Calderdale and Huddersfield Foundation Trust was primarily driven to underpin the Clinical Governance agenda, particularly relating to quality assurance, patient safety and staff development.
However, benefits in workforce (i.e. skill mix review), productivity and staff satisfaction have also been realised.
