Change Management Master Classes

How to survive organisational change in the NHS and make it work

This series of four one-day master classes, delivered by the Department of Health and run in conjunction with Skills for Health - Workforce Projects Team, aimed to help you become better equipped to understand change, and implement change initiatives within your workplace.

The workshop

The master classes were led by Professor Graeme Salaman who specialises in a number of areas ie, the management of innovation, the management of change, performance management, innovation and leadership.

The workshops covered both these areas:

  • Existing guidelines for general application which are useful within the NHS context
  • More specific and special guidelines which are more necessary and useful within the NHS context than elsewhere.
