Every commissioner will want to assure itself that its providers are leading and managing their current workforce safely and productively- creating the kind of environment in which staff will feel engaged and empowered to offer the very best to their patients and communities.

This section has been developed to provide commissioners with a selection of resources and workshops to support the dialogue with provider organisations and promote an understanding of the workforce issues in delivering healthcare. As well as the downloadable resources available below we can also develop a bespoke programme of workshops to meet the local needs of healthcare organisations.
