The one of a kind course designed to give health and social care staff involved in workforce planning the specialised knowledge, skills and expertise to develop their roles returns early next year.

Recruitment for the fifth cohort of the unique Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Workforce Planning, delivered in partnership between Skills for Health - Workforce Projects Team (WPT) and the Centre for the Study of Policy and Practice in Health and Social Care at Thames Valley University begins soon following huge interest in cohort four.

The course gives workforce planners the opportunity to obtain a recognised and credible qualification to support their constantly changing roles and working environments. The course will take place in Manchester and London.
