Only four of our ten workshops remain – so if you are
involved in planning the workforce to deliver the 18 week
wait within London, East of England, East Midlands or West
Midlands SHA areas, these are good opportunities to share
experiences and ideas and to find out what’s happening
elsewhere in your region.

week masterclasses, Manchester and London
With just over a year to achieve the 18 week wait target,
we are holding two regional chief executive and director level
masterclasses (one in the north and one in the south). These
masterclasses will offer an update of how far the NHS has
come - with news and innovations from across the country -
and a look at what has yet to be achieved, which includes
an overview of the tools and resources available to help organisations.
