The
Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) Craft Specialty event
There
are limited places left for this event taking place on the
5th October. The RCS, supported by NWP, is holding a craft
specialty event with presentations from leading experts in
their field including Bernard Ribeiro, president RCSEng. The
event aims to address some of the common challenges to the
WTD 2009 requirement that certain specialties face. The event
will share learning and solutions from the WTD 2009 pilot
sites, highlight areas of best practice, identify and dispel
misconceptions in respect of WTD and share an appreciation
of the workforce issues in the widest sense – from training
populations, workforce trends, curriculum requirements, specialty
implications and the consequences of changes in one area affecting
others. For more information contact abi.marston@nwpnhs.org.uk.
