18 week patient pathway - Resources from the masterclass held on 25th November 2008
A new masterclass was developed by Skills for Health - Workforce Projects Team. It was aimed at all workforce planners and service leads and outlined the workforce planning implications of the 18 week patient pathway and how to develop sustainable workforce solutions. Many solutions to 18 weeks are already in place, but integrated workforce plans offer a sustainable solution to the long term delivery of these patient pathways.
A range of high level speakers attended the event, including Maxine Foster from the Department of Health and Filao Wilson from Skills for Health.
