18 Week Wait Masterclasses

In addition to the 18 Week Wait workshops, Skills for Health - Workforce Projects Team ran two strategic masterclass sessions in February 2008 to showcase the workforce planning implications of the 18 week patient pathway. The masterclasses were aimed at people who have overall responsibility for their organisation's 18 week compliance - including chief executives, directors and other senior managers.
